Years of plucking
Anyone who has plucked their brows thin over years knows it: at some point the hairs no longer grow back in some spots, because the root is exhausted. A transplant brings back real hairs here.
Thin, over-plucked or scar-marked eyebrows can be permanently rebuilt with an eyebrow transplant. We place fine individual hairs hair by hair – in the natural growth direction and at a flat angle, so that the brows look real and not painted. Honest advice, at a fixed price, in Cologne or Aachen.
An eyebrow transplant is at its core a very fine form of hair transplantation. We extract individual, especially thin hairs from the back of the head and transplant them one by one into the brow. The difference lies in the detail: brow hairs stand almost flat on the skin, change direction multiple times and must never look too dense or too straight.
It is precisely this fine work that determines the result: only when the drawn-in shape, contour and density suit the face is placement done – hair by hair, in the growth direction and at an angle modelled on the neighbouring hairs.

Some brows were never strong – too light, too patchy, too little contour. With the years they also often become thinner. Instead of penciling them in daily, the brow can be densified with your own hairs.
Accidents, injuries or old piercings sometimes leave bald spots without hair growth. Hairs can be placed into such scar areas in a targeted way, closing the gap invisibly.
At the back of the head there are fine, suitable hairs available that can be transplanted for the brow.
You no longer want daily touch-up make-up or microblading – but a lasting solution.
A natural result suited to the face is more important to you than maximum fullness.
You trim the new hairs regularly – in return they are permanently real.
Whether a transplant is the right path, we tell you honestly. We show results under Before & After.
We check the donor area and draw in the shape, arch and density of the brow – matched to your face.
Under local anaesthesia we gently extract fine individual hairs from the back of the head – only the first small prick is felt.
Each hair is placed individually, flat and in the natural growth direction. This is the finest, most demanding part.
The procedure is outpatient. You receive care instructions and go home the same day – without a hospital stay, without travelling abroad.
In the first few days small crusts form at the insertion sites, which fall off by themselves; slight redness or swelling subsides quickly. Important: in the first few weeks the hairs usually fall out again – this is to be expected, the hair follicles remain and sprout again after a few weeks. From about three to four months the brow grows visibly, and the final result shows over several months.
Because the new hairs come from the head, they grow longer than usual brow hairs. That is why regular trimming – every few weeks – is part of the care; no effort, just a new habit. In return, the result is permanent, because it consists of your own hair follicles.
How many hairs (grafts) are needed depends on shape and density – with eyebrows this is very individual. That is why, instead of a flat rate, we quote a fixed all-inclusive price after the free consultation, with no hidden costs.
