Without Surgery

Treating hair loss – without a transplant.

When people lose hair, their thoughts quickly turn to surgery. Yet in many cases it isn't necessary at all – at least not yet. As long as the hair roots are active, a great deal can be achieved with PRP, mesotherapy and polynucleotides. Only one thing matters first: understanding why the hair is falling out. Then treating it.

Scalp mesotherapy with fine micro-injections
Three methods, one goal

Hair loss treatments in Cologne and Aachen – and what they cost.

PRP treatment

from 199 € · package of 3: 499 €

Platelet-rich plasma is obtained from your own blood and injected into the scalp. The growth factors it contains support the environment around the hair roots – well established for diffuse and early hereditary hair loss.

Mesotherapy

from 129 € · package of 3: 399 €

Fine micro-injections deliver vitamins, amino acids and circulation-boosting active ingredients exactly where they're needed: to the hair root. The composition is tailored to your findings.

Polynucleotides

from 199 € · package of 3: 499 €

The regenerative approach: polynucleotides (PDRN) improve the scalp environment and tissue quality – an interesting complement to PRP or mesotherapy, especially for stressed scalps.

To be honest

What these treatments can do – and what they can't.

PRP, mesotherapy and polynucleotides are not miracle cures, and anyone who promises you otherwise is trying to sell you something. What these methods can do: strengthen active hair roots, improve the environment around the follicles, and slow down or stabilise early to moderate hair loss. Many patients also report denser, stronger hair.

What they can't do: regrow bald areas whose follicles have been inactive for years. In that case, we tell you so clearly at your initial consultation – and discuss whether a transplant is even an option for you. Sometimes our recommendation is simply: do nothing for now and take a fresh look in six months.

Our approach

Frequently asked questions

Answered briefly.

Can hair loss really be stopped without surgery?
Halted or slowed down: yes, in many cases – especially while the hair roots are still active. However, follicles that have completely shut down cannot be brought back with injections. That's exactly why, with us, diagnosis comes before any treatment.
Which treatment is right for me – PRP, mesotherapy or polynucleotides?
That depends on the cause, the stage and your scalp. PRP works with your body's own growth factors, mesotherapy with individually composed active ingredients, and polynucleotides with regenerative building blocks. Often a combination makes sense too – we work that out during the free analysis.
How many sessions will I need?
A series of three treatments a few weeks apart is typical, followed by top-ups depending on how things develop. That's why we offer packages of three: PRP 499 €, mesotherapy 399 €, polynucleotides 499 €.
Does it hurt?
They are fine micro-injections into the scalp – most people describe it as a light pricking, easy to tolerate and with no downtime at all. Afterwards you can go straight back to your day.
When will I see the first results?
Hair grows slowly – realistically, the first visible changes appear after two to four months. We document the progress with photos so you can see the difference objectively rather than having to guess.
And what if these treatments are no longer enough for me?
Then we tell you so openly. Where follicles are permanently inactive, a hair transplant is the more honest recommendation – and for women, by the way, it's also possible without shaving off the hair.
